Services

Z Cubed Digital provides web design, Google Business Profile setup, local SEO, and related digital marketing services for businesses in the United Kingdom.

Payment terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery, before credentials and access are handed over. All payments are processed via Stripe.

Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all website packages. If you're not happy with the website, we'll revise it until you are. If we can't reach an agreement, you're free to walk away and your deposit will be refunded in full.

Delivery timeline

Starter Websites are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Visibility Packs within 5–7 working days. Growth Packs within 10–14 working days. Timelines depend on client responsiveness in providing content and feedback.

Intellectual property

Upon final payment, full ownership of the website design, code, and content transfers to the client. Z Cubed Digital retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Hosting

Websites are hosted on Vercel. Hosting subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, the client retains ownership of their code and can self-host.

Revisions

All packages include unlimited revisions until you're happy with the design. Revisions that materially change the agreed scope (e.g., adding new pages beyond the package) may incur additional costs, which will be agreed in advance.

Limitation of liability

Z Cubed Digital's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
